7 things I'm leaving in 2017....


You know you're on the right track when you become uninterested in looking back. Hello 2018! The number Eight mean new beginnings. So ladies write your list in your journal and level up all 2018!

1. Red Meats

Since November 25th I haven't ate any PORK. Being a vegetarian has always been a personal health goal of mine but I know it wont be easy... So I'm starting with eliminating all red meats.

I'm not here to convince anyone to go vegetarian but I would suggest you to research what you're putting into your body.

If you're reading this and you're Vegetarian or Vegan please email me some tips!!! I want to join the VEGANG.

2. Procrastination

WHATEVER I START, I WILL FINISH ! ! ! You have to remind and push yourself through everything you start. Procrastination only slows down your progress.. Speed doesn't matter, forward is forward. Write down your goals & mark them off as you accomplish them.

3. Unnecessary Spending

Learning how to budget and save is number one on my list for 2018! Here's a few saving tips.

1. Pay Yourself - Think of your savings as a bill that is auto draft from your paycheck. You can start as low or high as you can afford.

2. Ask your bank about saving options that are available to you such as Certificate Deposits or Individual Retirement Accounts. (CD;'s & IRA's)

3. You can use the old school method of keeping a "money jar" and putting all of your one dollar bills in it.

4. Negativity

It is so easy to get caught up in negativity. I know I’m not the only person who talks to themselves. In the morning when you wake up give yourself a prep talk.

  • IAM beautiful and there’s no one else like me.

  • IAM a hard worker and I know my hard work will pay off one day.

  • IAM tired but I have the courage to make it through today.

Don’t let negative people consume your energy. Be careful of the things you allow people to deposit into your spirit. Every statement doesn’t deserve a response.

5. Time Management (Lateness)

IAM so tired of feeling as if I’m rushing everywhere I go! And the nerve of us late folks to rush when we’re already an hour late!! We have to do better ladies. The older I get the more I realize how inconsiderate and disrespectful it is to be late. Time is one thing you can’t get back so be mindful of that.

3 Quick Tips

  1. Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier than you usually set it

  2. Don't overbook yourself (Say NO)

  3. If you’re on time you’re late!

6. Reality Tv

I am proud to say that I no longer watch any reality TV shows. I use to be a faithful love & hip hop, Atl housewives, Black Ink, WAGS, married to medicine and The Kardashians fan. I literally had a show for everyday. I was A D D I C T E D. I would find those celebrities and stalk their lives and it was almost as if I thought I knew them! Crazy right? LOL I know someone is reading this like, OMG this is me... So if you're wondering what I watch now , some of my favorite TV. shows are The Have and The Have Not's, How to Get Away with Murder, Wild N Out, and Law & Order SVU. I’m not here to judge but don’t compare your life to strangers on the internet or the things you see on TV. There is so much more good things on television than watching rich people drama everyday.

7. The word YES

Do you ever feel like you're too available or that you’re always on every scene? If so, then maybe you should join me in leaving YES in 2017.

It is okay to say NO without feeling guilty. We as humans just can’t do everything. I know we wish we could be everywhere at once but it’s impossible.

How do I say No without being mean or hurting people’s feelings? When dealing with any situation it’s always about communication, your delivery and tone.

2018 is the year of No’s!
